Tea Ceremony is a quiet meditative practice that invites us into deep stillness and inner contemplation.

Sharing tea is a beautiful way to bring more reverence and quietude into your life, or an easeful way to start a meditation practice.

I am also available to facilitate group ceremonies to mark significant moments in life such as birthdays, blessing ways or times of transition and importance.
