Tea Ceremony is a quiet, meditative practice of sharing tea in a bowl. Tea is a time-honoured companion to humans, grown, cultivated and served in relationship with all elements. Sharing tea is a profoundly simple practice, graceful in its artform, steeped in silence and reverence for the mundane. This ceremony offers us all shared moments of mindfulness, and opens our hearts to beauty, gratitude and humility.
